Music is a full time job!

This is a busy busy week for me! Every night, there's music to be made and I'm just the gal to do it!

A sneak peek into what's up this week!

Monday- I'm very blessed to be taking a class at the Nashville Jazz Workshop (www.nashvillejazz.org) and with Sandra Dudley. Sandra is an amazing teacher, musician and human being. Her energy is contagious and I'm totally digging her class! It's 2 hours of intense learning, musically and physically. She's amazing!

Tuesday- I'm taking Advanced Music Performance, also at NJW, with Ron Browning and Lori Mechem. Ron, my other favorite vocal teacher, has been vital to me to help me think about every effect and opportunity I have, vocally. He's notably one of the best vocal teachers in town and works with so many great vocalists. I'm thrilled to be learning from him and Lori right now.

Wednesday- practice all of the great stuff I'm learning in class so that I can make it happen in my gigs!

Thursday- 2 GIGS!
6PM- Caffeine
I'm opening for Marcus Finney, which is a huge privelage and joy. He's amazing and so young. He's doing his thing & I'm proud to be a part of this show.
7:30PM- Chappy's on Church
All the reviews say that Chappy's is the restaurant to watch in town. They are featuring jazz Thursday-Sunday every weekend and I'm on this weekend. Jeff Jetton is playing with me this night and he'll actually start at 6pm, so come by and see us!

Friday, Saturday, Sunday-
I'm all about Chappy's. 6-10 on Fri & Sat. and 11-2 on Sunday for their jazz brunch. Great food, great music, great time. Come by and hang out with us.
